Job summary

Person Centred Software LTD is seeking a Senior Credit Controller to join the Finance team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. The role covers both billing and credit control, requiring hands-on management of the full process and strong collaboration with Sales and Onboarding.

Typical duties include owning aged debt, issuing invoices, resolving payment disputes, and performing reconciliations. London-based with three days in the office, and flexibility to start immediately.

• Confident communicating about payments and balances.

Responsibilities

• Own credit control and monitor aged debt.
• Create and issue invoices in line with customer agreements.
• Handle customer queries on invoices, terms, balances and disputes.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and account status.
• Collaborate with Sales and Onboarding to resolve billing issues.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and support bank reconciliations.
• Manage finance queries promptly and professionally.
• Support wider finance projects as needed.
