FSP is recruiting a Bid Manager to own the end-to-end bid creation and submission process across multiple proposals. You will coordinate with commercial, client relationship leads, branding, SMEs, sector teams, finance, legal and project management to develop win themes.

• End-to-End Bid Management: oversee the entire bid process, from reviewing invitations to timelines and submission.
• Team Coordination: manage virtual bid teams and inputs from stakeholders across commercial, client relationships, branding, SMEs, sector, finance, legal, and delivery.
• Strategy Development: develop clear win strategies and compelling themes for each bid.
• Proposal Creation: develop persuasive bid documents that meet client requirements and guidelines.
• Compliance: ensure bids comply with client requirements and governance procedures.
• Risk Management: identify and resolve complex issues during the bid process.
• Reporting: provide regular updates on bid progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
