Job summary

RHL is supporting a global technology and engineering client in recruiting an experienced Bid Coordinator in Leatherhead. The role combines bid coordination, stakeholder engagement and proposal support across the bid lifecycle, with 40 hours per week in a hybrid setup.

The successful candidate will maintain bid docs, coordinate clarifications and assist with presentations and review packs. Previous APMP/Shipley familiarity is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid coordination, proposal support or related business support role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid activities from qualification to submission and maintain schedules.
• Manage clarification processes, responses and stakeholder inputs.
• Organise bid governance meetings and capture actions and minutes.
• Assist with development of customer presentations and proposal materials.
• Maintain bid libraries, templates and documentation.
