Job summary

Girling Jones Ltd is seeking a proactive Bid Coordinator to join our regional team. Based with hybrid options in Plymouth, Exeter or Bristol, you will help manage bids from opportunity through to final submission, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

You will co-ordinate content, deadlines and stakeholders, produce polished documents and eye-catching visuals, and support post-bid reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with bids or proposals in construction or infrastructure.
• GCSE English and Maths at minimum.
• Strong MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• Familiarity with proposal tools and content management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate content for tenders, PQQs, EOIs and case studies.
• Gather and organise submission content with project teams.
• Produce polished documents aligned with brand standards.
• Create visuals to enhance proposal presentation.
• Ensure submissions meet client requirements and deadlines.
• Manage bid timelines and post-bid reviews for improvements.
