Get Recruited Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager for a Halifax hybrid role within our established commercial team. You will drive new business acquisition, build strategic client relationships, and deliver sustainable revenue growth across the property management and facilities sectors.

You will identify opportunities, manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to onboarding, and provide commercial insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in BDM or sales roles within facilities/property/utilities.
• Experience in property/facilities management.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new customer opportunities across target sectors.
• Build a robust pipeline and manage full sales cycle from engagement to onboarding.
• Conduct market research to spot opportunities and threats.
• Provide commercial insights to senior leadership.
