Job summary

Stone King LLP is recruiting for a Business Development & Marketing professional to join our collaborative BD&M team. The role supports growth plans, client engagement, and coordination between fee-earners and marketing, with hybrid working across six offices including London.

You will manage event follow-ups, develop BD materials, and help drive opportunities while supporting CRM updates and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and maintaining BD collateral such as pitch decks, case studies, credentials, and product sheets.
• Understanding of basic BD processes such as lead follow-up, tracking opportunities, and supporting pipeline activity.
• Confidence using CRM systems (InterAction preferable) to update records, log actions, and extract information for reports.
• Ability to capture actions from meetings accurately and ensure they are followed through to completion.
• Comfortable working with data — able to review simple reports, spot inconsistencies, and pull-out key points for BD Manager updates.

Responsibilities

• Own the follow-up process for events and webinars, ensuring timely communication and pipeline generation.
• Advise on invite data selection and audience targeting to maximise event attendance.
• Support development and progression of pipelines identifying event-generated leads.
• Attend meetings to capture and drive BD-related actions and communicate growth priorities to the marketing team.
• Create and maintain materials for the sales enablement hub (pitch decks, case studies, product sheets).
• Respond to product-related enquiries and escalate complex opportunities to the BD Manager.
• Assist in pipeline tracking and monthly BD activity summaries.
