Premier Modular is recruiting a motivated and results‑driven Business Development Advisor in Brandesburton. The role focuses on proactive telemarketing to promote Premier Modular’s services and to grow profitable business, with CRM lead management and collaboration with marketing.

Hours are Monday to Friday with hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 from home). The package includes a 25-day holiday entitlement, pension contributions, and a commission structure linked to performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in proactive telemarketing or cold calling is essential.
• Experience using CRM to manage leads and campaigns.
• Strong research and prospecting skills.

Responsabilités

• Initiate contact with prospects by calls and email to promote services.
• Build relationships to understand client needs and challenges.
• Research markets to identify new opportunities and clients.
• Manage leads in the CRM with timely updates.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align campaigns.
• Prepare and present campaign progress to management.
