Got The T-Shirt is seeking a B2B SEO Account Manager / Consultant to lead SEO and AI search for a fast-growing B2B comms agency. You’ll own strategy, deliver on client goals and shape how AI search is integrated across campaigns.

You’ll work hybrid from London or Leeds, collaborating with PR, content and digital teams to drive measurable growth and visibility for global brands and scale-ups. The role blends hands-on optimization with strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable results.
• Experience with AI-powered search visibility.
• Strong technical and on-page SEO knowledge aligned with PR and content.
• Proficient in GA4, Search Console, Screaming Frog, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver SEO and AI search strategies tied to client goals with clear priorities and KPIs.
• Lead keyword, intent and competitor research; run technical audits across crawling, indexing, site architecture and structured data.
• Improve content, metadata, headings and internal links in client CMSs and brief developers on changes.
• Collaborate with content leads and account teams on search-led content and earned coverage.
• Track and improve visibility in AI-generated answers, including brand mentions and citations.
• Present recommendations to clients and report on visibility, traffic and conversions.
• Support senior team on profitability, scope and resourcing, spotting growth opportunities.
• Stay ahead of SEO and AI developments and help shape the agency’s offering.
