Job summary

Got The T-Shirt is seeking an SEO & AI Strategy Manager to lead organic search across a diverse client portfolio from our Leeds hybrid team. You will own SEO roadmaps, identify growth through keyword research and audience insights, and explore GEO/AI opportunities to boost visibility and revenue.

Work closely with Content, Digital PR and PPC, translate data into strategic recommendations and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' SEO experience in a digital/performance marketing setting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial recommendations
• Excellent understanding of high-quality content and how it supports brand visibility and engagement
• Confident presenting strategies and communicating with clients
• Experience using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog
• Proactive, organised and collaborative approach
• Genuine interest in AI Search and GEO

Responsibilities

• Develop and own SEO strategies and roadmaps across multiple client accounts
• Identify growth opportunities through keyword research, search intent, competitor analysis and audience insights
• Prioritise improvements across technical SEO, content, internal linking, site architecture and authority building
• Deliver commercially focused strategies that improve visibility, engagement, conversions and revenue
• Develop content strategies, topic clusters and briefs based on audience needs and search behaviour
• Audit existing content to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
• Champion original, authoritative content and strengthen brand authority across AI-powered search
• Help develop the agency's AI Search and GEO proposition and monitor developments across AI platforms
• Monitor SEO and AI Search performance, present strategies to clients, mentor juniors
