Job summary

Craft Agency Ltd in Manchester seeks a digital strategist to own and shape multi-discipline programs across SEO, AI Search, paid media, email, analytics and site optimisation. You will lead ongoing campaigns, audits and performance reporting, translating data into practical client recommendations.

You will engage in client workshops and support new business pitches, partnering with client services, content and design to scale the agency's digital approach.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in digital marketing, ideally with agency side experience.
• Experience with B2B marketing and long sales cycles.
• Proficiency in GA4, Search Console and Tag Manager; strong SEO/PPC skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver digital strategies across SEO, AI Search, paid media, email, analytics and websites.
• Lead ongoing programmes, audits, competitor analyses and quarterly performance reports.
• Translate data into strategic recommendations for clients and integrate into workshops and pitches.
