Job summary

Fourteen People Ltd. is partnering with a B2B communications agency to hire an experienced SEO professional.

This role focuses on owning SEO strategy, improving visibility, authority, and delivering measurable business results across a varied client portfolio including tech and engineering sectors. You'll bridge traditional SEO with AI search, collaborate with PR and content teams, and translate insights into practical recommendations for client success.

Qualifications

• Previous practical SEO experience and experience evaluating and improving visibility in AI-powered search.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content strategy and off-page authority building.
• Experience with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, Semrush, Moz or Ahrefs.
• Familiarity with AI visibility tracking tools, such as Peec AI or Profound, or equivalent.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear, practical recommendations.
• A good understanding of analytics and measurement, focusing on meaningful business outcomes rather than rankings and traffic alone.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO strategy and delivery across a portfolio of clients.
• Collaborate with PR, content and social teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Lead analysis from initial research through to implementation and evaluation.
