Got The T‑Shirt, a fast-growing B2B communications agency, is seeking an SEO Account Manager to own the SEO and AI search strategy for clients across technology, engineering, business services and social impact. Location: London or Leeds (hybrid).

You’ll lead keyword research, audits, content guidance, and client reporting, collaborating with PR and content teams to drive measurable visibility, traffic and conversions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results.
• Experience improving visibility in AI-powered search.
• Strong technical SEO, on-page, content strategy, and off-page authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver SEO and AI search strategies with goals, budgets, KPIs.
• Lead keyword, intent and competitor research; conduct technical audits.
• Improve client CMS content, metadata, headings, and internal links.
• Collaborate with content and accounts on search-led content and coverage.
• Track AI visibility and report on visibility, traffic and conversions.
• Support senior team on profitability, scope and resourcing.
• Stay ahead of developments and shape agency search offering.
