You will start with high-volume prospecting, moving toward a hybrid hunting and farming role as you close £10k–£100k deals over a 2–3 month cycle, earning a 20% commission plus a 20% renewal on each account.

Qualificações

• Sales background or any profession requiring resilience and a can-do attitude.
• Elite or professional sports background is a plus.
• Willing to learn about cyber insurance and build client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Prospecting - 100+ dials a day to potential customers in the beginning; hybrid hunting and farming role over time.
• Closing deals - Deal sizes £10,000 - £100,000 with roughly 2-3 month sales cycle; 20% commission and 20% renewal.
• Managing accounts - Build trust, save customers money, renewals earned similarly to new business.
