Job summary

3Search in London is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business for a boutique cyber insurance broker. You will prospect aggressively, conduct 100+ dials daily, and move opportunities through a 2-3 month sales cycle to close deals ranging from £10,000 to £100,000.

In this highly uncapped commission role, you’ll earn 20% on initial sales and 20% on renewals, with potential earnings scaling as you build your client base.

Qualifications

• Sales background or resilience and a can-do attitude.
• Elite sports background welcome.
• Grads welcome but show hustle (side hustle / door-to-door) evidence.

Responsibilities

• Prospect 100+ dials daily to potential customers in an immature market.
• Close deals with typical cycle of 2–3 months; deal sizes £10,000–£100,000; earn 20% commission on new sales and 20% on renewals.
• Manage accounts to renew business and build lasting relationships.
