Ideal for someone eager to explore the full spectrum of IT and grow their Azure expertise. With 3 days per week in the office, you will work on Azure cloud projects, security improvements, and automation while collaborating with internal teams and third parties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Azure cloud environments, ideally within professional services.
• Experience with Meraki Wireless and switching, Sophos XG Firewalls, and Mimecast.
• Hands-on experience across cloud infrastructure, automation, and service desk support.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor cloud solutions for performance, cost, and security.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to implement robust security measures.
• Develop automation scripts for efficient cloud resource management.
• Provide technical guidance on complex Azure infrastructure issues.
• Stay current with Azure services and assess their relevance to our business.
• Document and maintain cloud architectures and configurations.
• Manage backup and recovery processes in collaboration with the team.
• Conduct system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
• Help define technical standards and support protocols.
• Assist the IT Service Desk with hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Take ownership of assigned technical projects.
• Support mobile device management and app deployment.
