Job summary

You will lead new business development, manage client relationships, and shape strategic sales plans across corporate, education and event sectors. The role offers a competitive salary (£35,000-£40,000), a commission/bonus structure, and hybrid working options with travel as required.
Qualifications
- Must have a proven track record in business development or sales management.
- Experience in AV, IT or tech integration sectors is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills required.
- Confident to work independently and drive deals to close.
- Strong commercial acumen with customer focus.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the AV industry.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender responses.
- Maintain and grow key client relationships as the primary commercial contact.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.
- Negotiate terms and contribute to contract development.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
