Job summary

The Recruitment Fix is seeking an experienced Audio Visual / AV Technical Project Manager for a Slough-based, full-time role. Office-based with potential hybrid work, you will lead AV projects, manage budgets, and coordinate internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions across the UK.

You will ensure smooth handovers from sales, maintain margins, and demonstrate strong technical knowledge of AV systems while liaising with clients at all levels.

Qualifications

• Budget management experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication at all levels
• Solid understanding of AV equipment and system specs
• Driver's licence preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets and margins for AV/UC installations
• Lead in-house and external engineers, coordinating with suppliers
• Oversee handovers from sales and coordinate drawings, RAMS and schedules
• Ensure quality of equipment, cables, quotes and documentation
• Attend supplier training and seek manufacturer accreditations as needed
