Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development or sales management.
• Experience within AV, IT, tech integration sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel and drive initiatives to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the AV industry.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to drive revenue.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and tender responses.
• Maintain and grow key client relationships as the commercial contact.
• Collaborate with technical teams to match solutions to client needs.
• Negotiate terms and contribute to contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to shape strategy.
