Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is seeking a Project Manager Apprentice to work in a hybrid role split between the Woking, Surrey office and home. The position is full-time and includes a 12-month apprenticeship with salary of £15,600 gross per annum, plus travel expense support up to £300 per month.

The role supports digital project delivery, with learning towards an Associate Project Manager Level 4 qualification.

Formación

• Strong interest in project management and learning on the job.
• Knowledge of basic project governance and documentation would help.
• Willingness to support project planning, coordination and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Support Project Managers in planning, coordination, delivery and closure of digital projects.
• Maintain project documentation including plans, RAID logs, action trackers and status reports.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder sessions with agendas and actions.
• Monitor progress, milestones, deliverables and dependencies; escalate risks as needed.
• Assist with stakeholder communications and project updates and presentations.
• Support governance processes and ensure information is accurate and compliant with standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, suppliers and stakeholders for successful delivery.
• Contribute to risk, issue, change and action management throughout the lifecycle.
