Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is seeking an Associate Project Manager Apprentice to support digital project delivery while developing core project management skills. The role combines office-based work in Woking with home working and offers a structured apprenticeship path toward a Level 4 qualification.

You will assist with planning, coordination, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder communications, learning budgeting and quality practices along the way.

Formación

• GCSEs English and Mathematics at grade 4/C or above.
• Strong interest in project management and AI.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience with collaboration/project tools is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support Project Managers in planning, coordination, delivery and closure of digital projects.
• Maintain project documentation (plans, RAID logs, trackers, status reports).
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, stakeholder sessions with agendas and actions.
• Monitor progress, milestones, dependencies; escalate risks and issues.
• Prepare updates, reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support governance and ensure information accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to risk, change, and lessons learned activities.
• Complete apprenticeship learning and assessments toward Level 4 qualification.
