Job summary

PA Consulting seeks Digital Apprentices to develop software skills on real client projects using contemporary coding platforms and tooling, working alongside our top digital talent. You will be coached by experts and gain hands-on experience across the development lifecycle during a 3-year apprenticeship that leads to a L6 degree in Digital & Technology Solutions Professional.

Hybrid working with at least two days in the office per week, and a salary of £30,130, with a start date in September

Qualifications

• 2 A levels or equivalent in a relevant subject (Computing, Maths, IT, Science, Engineering, etc).
• Technical understanding: A passion for technology that features in personal projects.
• Growth-oriented and curious: open to change and eager to learn.
• Collaborative and relationship-focused: thrive in dynamic teams and with clients.
• Credible and communicative: strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of experienced developers to understand client requirements and develop software solutions.
• Learning and implementing new technologies and best practices in software development.
• Participating in code reviews to ensure quality of code.
