WSP London is seeking an Associate Electrical Engineer to lead a range of high-profile MEP projects. You will oversee detailed designs, guide a team of engineers, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining client satisfaction and adherence to UK building services standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, feasibility studies, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a hybrid London office setting.

Qualifications

• Lead engineer within MEP discipline on prestigious projects.
• Experience leading feasibility studies and producing detailed/performance specifications.
• Working knowledge of UK electrical building services design standards and regulations.
• BPSS security clearance is a minimum requirement.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for and direct others in the production of detailed and performance specifications.
• Develop and line-manage junior staff within the discipline.
• Brief project team and ensure contracts/letters of intent are in place before start.
• Manage resources and ensure optimal utilization across projects.
