Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Associate-level professional to lead MEP projects, supervise detailed designs, and provide technical guidance across disciplines. The role is based in our Cambridge office with hybrid working arrangements and collaboration across the national MEP team.

You will demonstrate understanding of UK/European regulations, have UK MEP project experience, and be proficient with Revit MEP and AutoCAD. Chartered pathway support and ongoing training are available.

Qualifications

• BEng/Bsc/MEng in applicable engineering discipline.
• CIBSE / IET / Engineering Council accredited honours degree or chartership.
• Working towards I Eng or C Eng status.
• RevitMEP training applied to the discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise detailed designs within the MEP discipline.
• Provide design and technical advice with a multidisciplinary approach on projects.
• Work under client direction and interpret project needs to meet delivery.
• Review design programmes and ensure adequate resources are available.
