Job summary

LiveWest is seeking an Assistant HR Business Partner to join the People team. You will provide high-quality HR support to assigned business areas, delivering people processes efficiently and in line with our values.

Working with HR Business Partners, you'll support People Plans, provide practical advice to managers, drive continuous improvement, and use data to inform decisions. This is a hybrid, full-time role with offices in Exeter, Weston-super-Mare or Tolvaddon.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to interpret and apply HR policies consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
