Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Project Manager to support ongoing improvements to the operating platform within the DIU. You will work with Investments, Operations, Engineering, and third-party vendors to deliver a clear implementation plan with milestones to support business growth.

The role is hybrid, based in London, requiring three days per week in the office and strong collaboration across risk, data, and architecture teams. Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an asset management-based project management role.
Proven track record delivering change/transformation projects using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Jira/Confluence.
Competence in project planning software.
Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
Ability to self-manage and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Define tasks and milestones for implementing platform improvements and ensure their successful execution.
Direct Business Analysts to document requirements aligned with stakeholder expectations in Investments and Operations.
Engage the right specialist stakeholders (Operational Risk, Data, Architecture, etc.) at appropriate stages.
Oversee testing and documentation of improvements before production rollout.
Escalate issues and risks with recommendations for management or mitigation.
Analyse the impact of new requests on existing work and prioritise accordingly.
Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Change Management function within the DIU.
