Job summary

Marsh seeks a Pensions Governance Consultant to join our UK-wide Defined Contribution team, acting as lead consultant for DC clients, managing portfolios, and driving revenue by expanding services and opportunities across the client base.

You will work within a global risk, reinsurance and consulting firm, contributing to governance, plan design optimisation, and client impact across multiple markets with hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience Defined Contributions Consultancy role.
• Excellent Governance experience.
• Proven experience in managing projects and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert in Defined Contributions Consultancy and serve as a lead consultant on clients delivering and promoting our services.
• Manage your own portfolio by assessing performance, trends, and insights to ensure we service our clients at the highest level.
• Hold responsibility for proactive revenue generation from existing clients and expanding the range of DC services.
• Be responsible for Global DC management, helping clients analyse plans globally and locally, and optimising plan design features.
• Build new and develop existing business through maintaining relationships, networking, attending events, seminars and being a knowledgeable DC expert.
• Act as a change agent by supporting and implementing Mercer business and corporate strategies.
