Zusammenfassung

The Disability Service is hiring healthcare professionals to conduct PIP assessments, with hybrid working and a Monday–Friday schedule. You will perform face-to-face, virtual and telephone assessments, delivering PBR reports and initial reviews while managing your own caseloads.

Starting salary £39,500 rising to £40,500 after DWP approval, with potential performance bonuses and an OTE around £44,550. Benefits include 25 days holiday (27 with service) and a matched pension.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Paramedic
• At least one year of experience after qualification
• Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions
• Strong communication skills and IT literacy

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP)
• Deliver face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls and paper-based reports (PBR)
• Manage own caseloads with autonomy and shape each case with your expertise
• Assess a full range of conditions including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual and cognitive impairments
