Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join the Housing team. You will triage ASB reports, assess situations and deliver action plans to investigate and support residents, including multi‑agency reviews and risk management.

You will work a 35-hour hybrid week, based in Croydon with around two days in the office, covering the London South area. Experience in ASB case management and strong communication are essential.

• Experience in ASB case management, preferably in social housing.
• Excellent communication across channels.
• Teamwork to deliver service in a challenging environment.

• Research and analytical skills to review partnership data.

Responsibilities

• Triaging new ASB reports and assessing situations.
• Creating action plans to investigate, manage risks and support residents.
• Investigating nuisance, harassment and ASB and determining actions.
• Deciding on evidence gathering measures (sound recording, CCTV).
• Maintaining case records with supervision and support teams.
