Job summary

A leading training provider in Stafford is seeking an Apprenticeship Quality & Learner Experience Manager. In this hybrid role, you will ensure program quality, manage compliance, and shape the learner journey across apprenticeship programs. Ideal candidates have a strong background in quality assurance within apprenticeships, knowledge of Ofsted regulations, and possess excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Proven background in quality assurance within apprenticeships ideally within Business Support or Professional service standards.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted EIF and inspection preparation.
• Experience of managing Skills England/DfE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Shape the learner journey and embed quality across apprenticeship programmes.
• Drive best practice in learner engagement, compliance, internal audit, and improvement strategies.
• Lead lesson observations and provide feedback to delivery teams.
