LT Selection is recruiting for an Apprenticeship Business Development Manager in Barnsley. This hybrid role requires building employer relationships, driving apprenticeship starts, and managing a regional sales pipeline with support from the Head of Sales and delivery teams.

You will focus on converting conversations into starts across a broad portfolio of apprenticeship and workforce-development options, with a target-driven mindset and regular reporting.

Formación

• Proven success in employer-facing B2B sales, preferably in apprenticeship or funded training.
• Ability to evidence starts, revenue, employer wins and pipeline activity.
• Proactive, energetic self-starter with consistent prospecting discipline.
• Strong questioning, listening and presentation skills for varied levels of employers.
• Willingness to travel territory and attend South Yorkshire office ~2x per week.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new employer relationships across an allocated territory via prospecting, calls and meetings.
• Maintain a consistent activity rhythm with good judgement and initiative.
• Diagnose employer needs and translate into apprenticeship/workforce solutions.
• Present programmes with added value and tailored content.
• Manage the employer-development cycle from first conversation to learner start.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, weekly activity, pipeline values and next steps.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and delivery teams to craft credible employer solutions.
• Set realistic expectations to ensure opportunities are viable and progress.
