The role involves collaboration with end-users, technical teams, and vendors, with about 40% project work and a focus on improving performance and user experience. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users and our service desk via face-to-face, phone, email, and remote assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with our software products.
• Escalate complex issues to 3rd party external developers.
• Document all support activities in our ticketing system.
• Collaborate with our 3rd party development team to identify and resolve software bugs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our software products and related technologies.
