Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with priority OEM and panel partners, collaborating with Account Managers to understand needs.
• Coordinate partner enquiries, technical requests and feedback to the right internal teams and ensure follow-through.
• Provide clear updates on product roadmaps, releases, changes, availability and certifications to partners.
• Coordinate weekly System Product Review, track actions and progress to improve responsiveness.
• Work with Product Management, Systems, Engineering and Compliance to assess technical requirements and launch readiness.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of partner enquiries, actions, decisions and outcomes.
