Job summary
Mercury Hampton Ltd is seeking a commercially minded Product Manager to own a portfolio of industrial safety products. You will drive new product development, pricing strategy, profitability and lifecycle management, working with Sales, Marketing and Engineering to bring innovative solutions to market.
You will identify market opportunities, gather customer insights and translate them into compelling product roadmaps, launches and go-to-market plans, balancing growth with margin improvement
Qualifications
- Experience in product management across lifecycle, NPD and margin management.
- Strong commercial acumen for market opportunities, pricing and profitability.
- Experience with physical products where technical specs or drawings matter.
Responsibilities
- Managing the product portfolio from concept to end of life.
- Developing product roadmaps to support revenue and profitability.
- Leading new product development and launches with milestones.
- Developing pricing strategies to optimise margins.
- Collaborating with Engineering to translate requirements into specs.
- Partnering with Sales and Marketing on value propositions and GTM strategies.
- Identifying cost-reduction opportunities and value engineering.
- Monitoring KPIs and reporting to senior management.
