Job summary

VodafoneThree in Newbury is seeking an Analytics & Reporting Lead to transform complex data into actionable insights. You’ll collaborate with Finance Operations, commercial teams and senior leaders to drive value and sustainable performance.

You will design automated reporting with Qlik, SQL and Python, lead a team of analysts, and shape forecasting, planning and governance. Hybrid work enables in-office collaboration 2–3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• Extensive analytics, customer insight or market intelligence experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong storytelling with data for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic insights explaining performance trends and opportunities.
• Design and deliver automated reporting using Qlik and BI tools.
• Collaborate with Commercial Managers and Finance Ops to drive outcomes.
• Lead analysts and ensure data quality, governance and actionable insights.
• Support forecasting, planning and performance management processes.
