Job summary

VodafoneThree is hiring a Data Engineering & Analytics Manager in Newbury. The role leads data pipelines, analytics delivery and dashboard products to power operational insight and informed decision-making.

You will guide a team of engineers and analysts, embedding quality and governance across ND&I data assets. You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage backlogs, ensure data reliability, and drive automation and AI readiness for the business.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading data engineering and analytics delivery in complex environments.
• Strong expertise with modern data architectures and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Proven ability to deliver dashboards and operational reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build and optimise data pipelines and integration layers with a focus on performance and resilience.
• Align engineering with architectural direction and standards.
• Own the analytics backlog and prioritise delivery by business value and dependencies.
• Oversee dashboards, data models and production datasets to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Mentor a team of Data Engineers and Analysts, setting expectations for delivery quality.
