• Vast experience in analytics, customer insight, market intelligence, commercial strategy, or a similar insight-focused environment.
• Strong ability to combine analytical thinking with commercial understanding to identify meaningful business opportunities and challenges.
• Showcase confidence in turning complex information into clear, concise, and engaging stories for a wide range of audiences.
• Experience in using data to influence decisions and shape business strategy.
• Strong understanding of customer behaviour, lifecycle value, commercial performance drivers, or subscription-based business models.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic, forward-looking insights that explain changing customer, market, and portfolio performance and support informed business decisions.
• Design and deliver new automated reporting solutions using Qlik, improving accessibility, efficiency, and impact of business insights.
• Use internal and external data sources to build a deeper understanding of customer behaviours, market dynamics, and commercial performance.
• Translate complex data into clear, engaging, and accessible narratives that enable stakeholders to confidently take action.
• Partner with Commercial Managers, Analysts, and Finance Operations teams to ensure insights lead to measurable business outcomes.
• Develop customer segmentation and profiling approaches that support innovation, improve customer value, and strengthen retention strategies.
• Contribute to forecasting, planning, and performance management processes through evidence-based recommendations and commercial insight.
• Monitor customer and market intelligence to help the business anticipate shifts in customer behaviour, risk, and value.
• Deliver high-impact presentations and insight materials for senior leaders, supporting strategic discussions and long-term planning.
• Collaborate with data, reporting, analytics, research, and operational teams to share best practice, strengthen analytical capability, and maintain strong data foundations.
• Support the Reporting & Insights Manager with analytics strategy, reporting roadmaps, tooling evolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach, guide, and support analysts, helping create an inclusive environment where people can learn, develop, and perform at their best.
• Champion high standards of governance, documentation, data quality, and analytical rigour to ensure insights are reliable, transparent, and trusted.
