Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an experienced Presales Storage Architect focused on unstructured data, AI and analytics workloads. This hybrid role requires collaboration with customers to design scalable file and S3 object storage solutions and to translate requirements into practical architectures.

You will lead POCs, size storage for performance and capacity, and advise on data flow, lifecycle, and governance within AI pipelines and data lakes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise storage design, implementation, or support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong customer-facing architecture, consulting, or presales experience.
• Deep knowledge of S3 object storage, including buckets, objects, APIs, authentication, data protection and integration patterns.
• Experience with AI data pipelines, RAG, data lakes, and analytics workloads.

Responsibilities

• Architect and document enterprise-scale file and object storage solutions for AI and analytics workloads.
• Size storage environments for capacity, throughput, latency, and growth.
• Lead hands-on POCs, benchmarks, and evaluations of integrations.
• Translate customer requirements into product feedback and roadmap priorities.
• Present architectures and recommendations to executives and technical teams.
• Travel as needed to support customers, partners and opportunities.
