Alfred H Knight in Prescot invites an Agile Delivery Manager to join our IT team during a period of digital transformation, modernization, and growth. This role combines on-site leadership at the Prescot head office with remote collaboration to shape our software delivery.

You will lead Scrum events, coordinate releases for in-house apps, and bridge development, QA, IT Support and business partners to remove blockers and drive delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong SDLC and hybrid delivery knowledge required.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and related tooling.
• Knowledge of release and change management and ITIL governance.
• Understanding of software architecture, APIs, cloud (AWS/Azure), and microservices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
• Proactive and Agile-driven with integrity.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate Scrum events and coach Agile teams.
• Plan, coordinate and lead software releases across applications.
• Remove blockers by bridging development, QA, IT support and business.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement for deployment speed and quality.
