Job summary

Jobline is seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager for a permanent hybrid role where the successful candidate will work in Cornwall once a week. You will own a portfolio of IT and digital change initiatives, guiding multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating with suppliers and senior stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable business benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree educated or equivalent professional experience.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner / APM PMQ / PMP / SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent.
• Experience delivering complex IT and business change programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and technology vendors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong budget, risk and governance management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of IT and digital change projects and programmes.
• Manage project plans, timescales, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate procurement activities and supplier engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure effective governance, reporting, quality assurance and change control processes are maintained.
• Develop and monitor benefits realisation plans to ensure business value is achieved.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions.
• Manage third-party suppliers and external delivery partners.
• Coach and support delivery teams to maximise performance and collaboration.
• Act as servant leader in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Produce and maintain project plans and delivery schedules in both Agile and Waterfall contexts.
