SR2 REC LTD is recruiting a Delivery Manager to join a leading technology organisation undergoing a major transformation of its products, platforms and services. This role is based in Oxford with hybrid working: one day onsite per week and the rest remote, offering a salary of £68,000–£80,000 plus a 12-month fixed-term contract (with permanent opportunities possible).

The Delivery Manager will drive Agile delivery across multiple engineering teams, coordinate with product managers, and ensure

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across multiple technical teams, managing priorities, dependencies, risks and blockers.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management and continuous improvement.
• Own roadmap planning, resource and capacity forecasting, and quarterly delivery planning.
• Work closely with Engineering Leads and Product Managers to align technical delivery with business priorities.
• Use delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve team performance and drive predictable outcomes.
