Job summary

Royal London Group is seeking two experienced Scrum Masters (Agile Delivery Leads) to join our hybrid delivery environment at Alderley Park. You will own end-to-end delivery across multidisciplinary squads, mobilise new teams and shape ways of working, enabling meaningful customer outcomes.

You don't need the exact prior title; transferable experience in Agile Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, or similar leadership roles will be valued as you drive delivery across large-scale programmes and

Qualifications

• Experience taking accountability for end-to-end delivery.
• Experience establishing and mobilising squads.
• Comfort with adapting delivery approaches (Scrum, Agile, Lean, traditional PM).
• Strong influencing, facilitation and coaching skills with a delivery focus.
• Experience leading teams around shared objectives.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of delivery across multidisciplinary squads.
• Mobilise new squads and establish effective ways of working.
• Support teams to plan, organise and deliver change.
• Adapt delivery approaches to suit different teams and programmes.
• Coach and influence colleagues to continually improve how they work together.
• Work across wider programmes to manage dependencies.
