Job summary

Experis is seeking a Delivery Lead/Manager to support Agile software delivery within the Agents team, with a focus on enabling smooth execution of MMTAR Phase 2. The role blends Scrum Master duties with practical delivery management to provide structure, planning discipline, and transparent progress.

Working hybrid in the UK, you will collaborate with Product Owner, Business Analysts, engineers and testers, manage risks and dependencies, report progress concisely, and help the team improve ways

Qualifications

• Strong Scrum Master and delivery leadership experience.
• Experience with Agile delivery, backlog prioritisation and Jira.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile delivery for the team, running ceremonies effectively.
• Support backlog shaping and prioritisation so work is ready for delivery.
• Maintain visibility of delivery progress and provide concise stakeholder updates.
• Identify and remove impediments to meet sprint goals and delivery timelines.
• Promote collaboration and transparency across product, design and engineering teams.
