Job summary

Experis is seeking a Delivery Lead/Manager for a 3-month contract in Telford/Worthing, with hybrid work and 2 days onsite per week. The role focuses on delivering Agile software for the Agents team, particularly MMTAR Phase 2, blending Scrum Master duties with delivery management.

You will drive planning discipline, visibility and delivery focus across product, design, engineering and testing, ensuring predictable progress and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as Scrum Master / Delivery Lead in agile software delivery teams.
• Experience with backlog management, dependency tracking, risk and issue management.
• Excellent communication and facilitation across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile delivery for the team, ensuring ceremonies are effective and consistently run.
• Support backlog refinement and prioritisation with Product Owner and delivery team.
• Maintain visibility of delivery progress in Jira and other tracking tools; provide status reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify and help remove impediments affecting sprint goals and delivery.
• Coach the team in Agile and Scrum practices to improve ways of working.
• Promote collaboration, accountability and transparency across the team.
