Job summary

Synergize Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced contract Delivery Manager to support Agile software delivery. The role blends Scrum Master responsibilities with hands-on delivery management to help the team deliver effectively, maintain visibility of progress and manage dependencies, risks and milestones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Scrum Master, Delivery Lead or Delivery Manager in Agile software teams.
• Excellent stakeholder reporting and progress visibility using Jira.
• Strong delivery planning, risk and dependency management across cross-functional teams.
• Proactive in removing blockers and driving continuous improvement.
• Experience coordinating product, design, business analysis, engineering and testing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
• Support Product Owner and teams with backlog prioritisation and sprint readiness.
• Maintain delivery tracking and progress visibility using Jira and tools.
• Produce stakeholder reports on progress, risks, issues, dependencies and milestones.
• Identify and resolve impediments; escalate where decisions are needed.
• Coach teams in Agile/Scrum and promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Track risks, issues and dependencies to maintain momentum.
• Coordinate with Product Owner, designers, BAs, engineers and testers to sustain delivery momentum.
• Demonstrate experience as Scrum Master/Delivery Lead/Delivery Manager in Agile environments.
