Job summary

Grant Handling is recruiting an Aftermarket Sales Executive to grow our Customer Owned Truck and Short-Term Rental business in the North East and Yorkshire. You will develop Aftermarket activities with new and existing accounts and identify opportunities to sell Used Equipment in line with company expectations.

• Professional, well presented and conscientious.
• Self starter with drive.
• Extensive industry knowledge.
• Good oral and written communication to all levels.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• PC literate; able to use standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Increase Customer Owned Truck and Short-Term Rental base with profitable service agreements.
• Sell Used Equipment Units and approve service estimates above local thresholds.
• Proactively seek new Short-Term Rental business and aftermarket items (attachments, tyres, cabs, training).
• Support Trading Team with Sales, Short Term Rental, Service and Spare Parts.
• Develop local strategy with the Depot Manager and manage customer relationships.
