Job summary

City St George's, University of London is seeking an Admissions Officer to manage applications, apply professional judgement and support applicants from application to enrolment with a strong customer experience focus.

The role is hybrid, spanning Clerkenwell and Tooting campuses with flexible homeworking in line with university policy. You will contribute to efficient admissions processing, conversion activities and stakeholder engagement across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of applications, assessing qualifications and eligibility against admissions criteria while ensuring compliance with university regulations and relevant legislation.
• Provide professional and timely advice to applicants and colleagues, contribute to applicant conversion activities, maintain data integrity across admissions systems.
• Support key operational periods including Confirmation and Clearing and identify opportunities to improve processes and the applicant experience.
