Job summary

CoverPilot is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Executive to manage commercial clients from enquiry through to placement, renewal and ongoing support.

You will develop relationships with insurers and MGAs, shape broking processes, and help grow CoverPilot as a modern, ambitious brokerage, with hybrid working in Ryton.

This is a chance to influence the business at an early stage and earn performance-related rewards as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Cert CII level (or progressing) is required.
• Experience with Motor Trade, Fleet or related commercial risks.
• Good knowledge of the UK commercial insurance market.
• Confident negotiating with insurers and underwriters.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments.
• Broking Motor Trade, Fleet and other commercial risks.
• Negotiating terms with insurers and MGAs.
• Building long-term relationships with clients.
• Developing insurer and underwriting relationships.
• Supporting the development of CoverPilot’s broking processes and products.
• Maintaining high FCA and Consumer Duty compliance.
