Job summary

Howden is seeking an Account Manager - Partnerships & Client Relationships to join our Commercial & Schemes team in Cheltenham. You will manage a portfolio of partner accounts, build trusted relationships with education and student accommodation partners, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Based in our Cheltenham office, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, manage your diary, attend events, and help drive partnership growth through proactive account management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in account management or client services.
• Experience in education sector advantageous but not essential.
• Insurance experience not required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and renew portfolio of partner accounts.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across partner organisations.
• Collaborate with service provider to deliver customer experiences.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support objectives.
• Manage your diary, arrange meetings and maintain partner contact.
• Support and attend partner meetings, events and conferences.
• Travel to partner sites and promotional events as required.
• Contribute towards team targets and partnership growth.
