Job summary

Howden in Cheltenham is seeking an Account Manager - Partnerships & Client Relationships to manage existing partner accounts within education and student accommodation sectors. You will build trusted relationships, manage stakeholder expectations and deliver an excellent experience for partners and customers, while traveling to partner sites and events as required.

You will work within the Commercial & Schemes team, based in our Cheltenham office with a requirement to be in the office 3 days a

Qualifications

• Previous experience in account management, client services, relationship management or partnerships.
• Experience within the university, education or student accommodation sectors would be advantageous but not essential.
• Insurance experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and renew an existing portfolio of partner accounts.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across partner organisations.
• Collaborate with service provider to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Manage your diary, arrange meetings and maintain partner contact.
• Support and attend partner meetings, events and conferences.
• Travel to partner sites and promotional events as required, with September being a particularly busy period.
• Contribute towards team targets and partnership growth.
