Job summary

OneSchool Global Ltd in Warwick is seeking an experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join their IT team on a full-time, permanent basis. This hybrid role requires attendance at the Regional Support Office, which will relocate to Coventry in September 2026.

You'll be responsible for the design, escalation support, and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure, ensuring high system availability and leading technical projects while working closely with third-party vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating at a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer level within a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of change management, governance, and best practice frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Act as a 3rd line escalation point for complex infrastructure issues across cloud technologies and network environments.
• Design, implement, and support infrastructure solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to wider IT teams and stakeholders.
• Lead and contribute to infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery to agreed standards.
• Maintain high levels of system availability, minimising disruption to operations.
